Western Mindanao State University Fighting Crimson’s (WFC) Epoy Bentoy came first in the 1st Leg (Sept. 5 Pagadian-Dumingag and vice versa) Individual-Open Category, while fellow engineering classmate Joey de los Reyes placed second.

In the said race, Zamboanga City cyclists Rowel Quitoy of 101 Unlimited Bikers Team came 5th while WFC’s Joseph Miller is 8th placer.

Coming in third in the same category is Jeffrey Saballa of Air 21 Team from Cagayan de Oro while fourth place went to Cesar Lapaza of Cycle Line Team from Butuan City.

For the 2nd Leg (Sept. 6 Pagadian-Margosatubig and vice versa), Individual-Open Category, De los Reyes switched places with Bentoy for the first place while Lapaza came third, followed by Saballa and Miller.

The Bike King Coy (BKC) team of Kidapawan City, headed by Engelbert Golez, is first in the 1st Leg 3-Man Team Juniors category followed by the Air 21 Team of Gingoog, Cycline Team of Butuan, WFC, Air 21 Team of Cagayan de Oro and 101 Bikers Unlimited.

Meanwhile, the Cycline Team came first in the 1st Leg 3-Man Team Seniors category followed by the SND Team, PEBI and WFC.

Its BKC team again placing first in the 2nd Leg 3-Man Team Juniors category, Sept. 6, followed by WFC, Gingoog’s Air 21, Butuan’s CL, Zamboanga City’s Air 21 team and 101 Bikers Unlimited.

Butuan city led other cyclists in the 3-Man Team Seniors Category (2nd Leg), followed by 101 Bikers Unlimited, SND team, WFC, Pagadian Extreme Bikers, Inc. (PEBI) and AMBC.

First to third prizes for the Individual-Open Category are P3,500, P2,500 and P1,500 while its P5,000, P3,000 and P2,000 for the first to third prize in both the 3-Man Team categories.
